Cancellation Of Order

If you wish to cancel your purchase order(s) before the commencement of service, we require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at sylokecoachingconsultancy@gmail.com.

Once the cancellation request is received and approved by our office, a full refund will be initiated. We only accept a cancellation request within 12 hours of your purchase order submission in order for a cancellation to be processed. However, you may be charged should there be any additional fees.

Cancellation After The Commencement Of Service

Once the service is commenced, no refund will be entertained. You have 12 months to complete the service from the date of your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Your full refund will be issued once we have received and approved the cancellation request at our office. Once the cancellation request fulfills our cancellation policy, a full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

  1. Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
  2. Credit card refund services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regard to the duration of the credit refunds.

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

Service Delivery Timeframe

The duration of the service deliverable is only valid for 12 months upon your purchase. You are required to book the appointment call on working days (Monday to Friday) to utilize the service accordingly. The service call will be arranged during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.

Appointment Booking Confirmation

Once the appointment booking is confirmed, communication will be sent via email/mobile sms.

Proof of purchase or invoice will be available.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
